Anatomy of a Rug & Loom

This is a great picture of the loom and the specific elements of how these handmade rugs are made.  It is truly remarkable how these rugs are created; remember they are woven one knot at a time – some rugs containing thousands of knots.  Rug weaving is truly an art form.
